Hélder [HP] Pinto – Ultra High Quality Custom Config V1.3.1

From the time I’m writing this, my thread on crymod has almost 100 000 views, this config has thousands of downloads and I still keep on getting very useful comments and positive feedback on a weekly basis through out all this months!
I want to thank everyone that helped me, help the Crysis gamers having a better joyful experience on what is the most beautiful, stunning game, ever created, and with this config you can unleash the true power of Crysis, even further!

Enjoy this new release with some minor fixes, and again, thank you very much for the support!

* Fixed a bug where in some distant areas, the shadows start to flicker
* Increased character’s distance render draw to a more realistic value
* Minor tweaks

Can you tell me:

I’m running Vista 32 with a 4870 crossfire set-up.

If I install this mod, do I run the program in DX9 mode and select High, or run the game in DX10 mode and select high?

If you’re on Windows Vista, use only the autoexec.cfg, and set everything to Very High! :)

if i am on windows vista 64bit, what i will have to do with the ‘CVarGroups’ folder and if i choose very high setting then what? please help me…by the way this cfg looks absolutely great in dx9 mode on winXP..

merçi d’avance pour votre aide , mais moi j’ai deja essayez de changer le dossier dans la configuration ,mais je n’y arrive pas et cela me cause des probleme !SVP un soutien avec une expliquation detaillée MERCI !

I installed this on Vista 32 bit, but there seems to be no graphical change. I did everything the readme said, but I don’t see any improvement.

What minimum system requirements do you recommend for this configuration?

I will soon buy a computer with a Phenom II x4 940, 4 gig ram and a HD4890 black edition. Do you think it will run smoothly on that?

I have read that you need at least 4870 x2 or similar to play Crysis smoothly on highest settings but i trust your statement more :-)

Wow what an improvement more trees and better water detail with this mod
